For so many years now, the underdeveloped and poverty strickened nations in both Africa and Asia pacific regions and some like them have been trying to catch up with the fast growing pace in technology and information age.
The lack of access to reuesite information and the use of comparative sufesticted Information and communiction equipments have been among some of the greatest barriers for exchange between poor and the rich communities.
In an attempt to equate and minimize the sense of inconvinience, certain barriers must be brooken such as plane lining and surfacing a free flow of communication.
